vodka, seedless blackberry preserves, ginger beer. Garnished with a fresh blackberry and a rosemarry sprig 'stir'

Garden Collins

gin/vodka, st. germain, lemon verbena, lavender, rosemary, soda. Garnished with an herb or edible floral

Honey Sage Paloma

mezcal/tequila, grapefruit, honey-sage syrup, squirt. Garnished with grapefruit and sage leaf, 1/2 salted rim

Maple-Bourbon Sour

bourbon, maple syrup, lemon, whiskey-cherry

Smoky Spice Margarita

tequila, jalapeno-brown sugar syrup, lime. Garnished with dehydrated peppers to taste

 aperol, prosecco, blood orange. Garnished with a orange twist, no ice

Elderflower Champagne Cocktail

sparkling wine, dash of elderflower liqueur, garnished with a flower

Old Mule

Whiskey, bitters, ginger beer. Garnished bourbon cherry and an old fashioned ice cube

Boulevardier on the Rocks

whiskey, sweet vermouth and campari, served on the rocks (to slow ya down) with an expressed orange peel

Redwood Mojito

rum, yellow chartreuse, mint, brown sugar, toasted coconut flakes, lemon-lime, soda water. Garnished with mint
